Our puppies fall into three catagories

1.  PET QUALITY is a puppy that would make an excellent family member but would not be right for breeding(according to the AKC standard) or Showing.  Occasionally we have a "throw Back" puppy that would be larger than the AKC standard of 3-7 pounds.

2. BREEDING QUALITY is a pup we believe that if bred would produce puppies that would conform to the AKC standard for Pomeranians; they would have full AKC registration.  These pups would fall in the 3-7 pound range based on our
best guess.
Weight is a genetic trait that is really hard to estimate.  We do not under any circumstances guarantee an adult weight.  Our best guess is based on our experiences with our lines, along with charts and formulas. We have no experience with anyone else's lines, just our own.

3.  SHOW QUALITY   is a pup that we believe has the overall qualities in temperament, coat, movement and structure to become a Champion Pomeranian according to the AKC  standard.  WE DO NOT GUARANTEE YOUR PUP WILL BE A CHAMPION!
The evaluation of Breeding and Show potential is our best guess at 8 weeks of how the puppy will turn out as an ADULT, however, show prospects cannot have a definitive evaluation for Showing until at least 9 months of age.  SHOW PROSPECT  is defined as "having no disqualifying or major faults for his/her age on the date of sale.   We assume no liability as to reproduction capabilities of any male or female puppy.  A Show male prospect will have two testicles descended into the scrotum at maturity or a replacement will be made when one becomes available.  If the buyer chooses to keep the dog with a warranted defect, as described above, the seller will credit the difference of the Show potential price paid by the buyer and pet price toward any future purchase of another dog to be used within a two year period.  Credit will be provided after the buyer provides Vet Certification indicating the dog has been spayed or neutered.  If the credit is not used within that two years period the credit becomes null and void.  No other warranty either expressed or implied exists between the buyer and seller of a show potential puppy.
Pricing is based on many things including color.  A puppy that is not an Orange, Orange Sable, Red, Red Sable or Black is considered to be an exotic color and will be priced accordingly.    We do not guarantee that white puppies will remain white with no cream; sometimes as the pups get older some cream develops and we have no way of knowing when this will happen.  There is no such thing as a toy or minature Pomeranian but we do occasionally have tiny puppies that are estimated to be 4 pounds or under at adult weight and these are priced at Show prices because they are so much in demand.  When wanting a puppy for a pet, it may not be a "pet quality" pup;  pricing has to do with the QUALITY of the puppy not your plans for the puppy.  The pup you want as a pet may be Breeding or Show Quality and will be priced accordingly.
Shipping can be up to $325 due to the rising costs of fuel; the cost of the Vet check and health certificate (and a rabies shot if needed) are extra and the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping is done at the buyer's risk and we do reserve the right to hold the puppy until it is emotionally ready, weighs enough (usually 2+ pounds) and weather permits a safe journey for the pup.
PAYMENT will be made by Postal Money Order from a U.S. Post Office or Paypal (paypal.com) adding 3.4% for paypal fees.  We require a non-refunable deposit of $350.00 to hold a puppy and the balance if not paid within a 3 week period the puppy will become available for resale, unless the puppy was reserved before the age of 8 weeks.  The purchase price plus the shipping costs must be paid in full and CLEARED 10 days in advance of getting the puppy.  If payment is not received a minimum of  5 days prior to shipment the puppy will be held until full payment is received and cleared and all expenses incurred during this time will be the responsibility of the buyer.
All puppies of Pup-P-Love Poms will have the name Pupplove as a prefix of their names on their AKC  papers.  e.g. Pupplove's ...no exceptions.
We guarantee the puppy/dog to be in sound body and good health, free from communicable disease as appears to the eye.  We give a 72 hour warranty against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, adenovirus2, parvovirus, and corona virus.  The buyer has 72 hours (Sunday not included) from the time of transfer to have the puppy checked by a Veterinarian of their choice, at their own expense.  If the buyer's vet exam reveals the puppy is sick, diseased or has a genetic defect is found and a Vet of the Breeder's choice concurs with the diagnosis, the buyer may return the puppy to the breeder at the buyers expense.  Notice of the intent to return must be given within 96 hours (Sunday not included) of the date of transfer, along with a statement in writing from the buyer's Vet as to the health problem.  The breeder will apply the balance toward the purchase of another puppy/dog within a one year time period.  Shipping of the replacement puppy is at the buyers expense.  If the credit is not used within that one year period, the credit becomes null and void.  There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness not contracted on the breeder's premises.  There is no other guarantee except the one expressly stated in this contract.

The sole Jurisdiction, Venue and Attorney’s fees in any way connected to this contract shall be Ellis County, Red Oak, Texas.

A Pomeranian that gets sick and/or dies due to low blood sugar is NOT covered in this contract.  Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar is a condition not a disease.  It is common in toy breeds.  It can be a very serious problem, however, it can be prevented.  Make sure that your puppy has fresh food and water at all times; and watch to make sure it is eating.  Pomeranians are pretty delicate and they can have Hypoglycemia brought on by not eating properly, too much stress, improper handling (such as excessive or aggressive), neglect or other factors.

.
If at anytime, there is reason that the Buyer cannot keep the Pomeranian, he/she will notify the Seller.   Seller will gladly take the Pomeranian back at no expense to the Seller.(once the puppy has been placed again, original buyer would receive ˝ of the final sale price at time of the resale (documentation of sales price will be provided) Seller asks to also have Registration  papers (completed or not) and any Vet records returned with the Pomeranian.   Buyer further agrees that this Pomeranian will never be turned into any shelter/pound.  Buyer also agrees  dog is not bought for resale, nor will it be sold or disposed of to any Pet Store, Puppy Mill, Dog Broker or Research Facility.  Buyer will not just “give” the dog away to someone, or even “sell” the dog to someone; Seller has the First Right of Refusal.  Seller also has a take back contract available at Buyers request.  Seller will also help in placement of the Pom.
